Today its been more than 62 years since v got our independence.v hav adopted various policies programmes schemes etc. 4 our edu progress but wat v hav got today is not even 75%literacy rate n vry low gross enrollment ratio...moreover vry feww ppl pursue higher studies even today...
things that hav been pointed out at so many times r not given a heed so how can v proceed at sm higher pace...y v hav strictly uniform standards?
y v dnt hav brain gain n rather v hav brain drain?
y dnt v hav patents coming at that high speed as much in sm developed nations..
things do change bt watz needed is there is need to b committed for change...the question is who will change,when will b change???
reason at top lack of political commitment...defective structure n institutional mechanism n many more reasons...
i feel hurt today while preparing 4 civil service exam that y were nt v tought the way v shud hav been earlier...thr cn b much worthy contribution if v get trained in a right way since childhood....
